It needs to be true Dream Act, not just a Dream Act for DACA beneficiaries...because I have a feeling whatever passes now will be the only immigration bill for a long time, and I mean long time...so I think it is best Congress gets this right, instead of half assing a bill that benefits a relatively small amount of people based on the grand scheme of things.
