Yes but you're assuming that all 213 GOP members will vote for whatever bill their party drafts.

I don't think all will be on board with a conservative DACA/Succeed Act. There are GOP members in left-leaning districts up for re-election. Not to mention the 5 add'l votes the party will need.

I do believe December is our best bet. Dems need to start acting tougher!
