Health Care is dead. They attempted about 5 times to repeal ACA and now Trump is just using his executive powers to demolish the law. Right now the biggest priority is Tax Reform and then its going to be Immigration (Dream Act and Border Security/Enforcement related mostly). It does seem like December is going to be a huge month. I really don't know all the rules of how Dems can attach DA to bills but seems like something is going on in December.
