The efforts of "repeal and replace" will never be successful and there's not going to be another legislative attempt at it until after 2020. Trump wants to use the issue as a campaign issue for 2020. Believe me. It's a complete disaster for Republicans. They have failed miserably. Trump just stabbed the existing law unbelievably yesterday. He immediately stopped the CSR payments and that is going to make this law EXPLODE. Like seriously we are in major trouble. Trump does not want a law to pass. Trust me on that one. He wants to deliberately make the law fail so that he can say "Look Obamacare is exploding, now vote for me in 2020!" Dirty dirty businessman.
