At the end of the day neither side will agree to anything and since time will be running out, they will most likely pass the BRIDGE act to avoid any bad PR and give Congress more time to get something done.
Nancy is a negotiator and she’s not stupid. Just like Trump knows the wall is not at reach, she knows that citizenship for dreamers is not at reach also. At least not now. Trump would look weak if he signs a spending bill that includes any “amnesty” for dreamers. Eventually both sides will agree and come to the middle and the BRIDGE act will be attached to the spending bill instead.
