When Durbin straight up asked Sessions if he had spoken to TX AG in regards to DACA before they filed the lawsuit, he pleaded the fifth and look guilty as hell.


Something don't smell right. Someone stated a long time ago that the administration worked with TX AG to end DACA so Trump wouldn't be the bad guy. I don't think Trump expected the backlash and the massive media coverage and decided to show his YUGEE heart.
