Negotiating and compromising are not the same. A compromise is some kind of result of negotiations, give this for that. You go around throwing concessions from the get go and you'll just get fucked up the ass with no lube.
Clean dream act is the ideal goal, probably we won't get there but you start negotiating from here you will give some border security for that so the government doesn't collapse when it hits the debt ceiling. You start from RACA+Border security and you'll get nothing worth voting for. The movement is fine, aside those retards that decided to protest at Pelosi for whatever reason. Whether they compromise or not is secondary, majority of those people - are not congressmen, so either they will apply for whatever passes, or they can continue living without work permits.
Now in the opposite direction, if clean Dream Act, or Dream Act with a bit of border security does pass, I hope that you honor your current position and decline to apply for it because you've been shitting on everything democrats do while Donny Moscow is pissing in your ear.
