Not yet at least, the issue with indicting, charging, and convicting elected officials is that conviction does not remove them from office.
So even if somehow Donald were to be convicted under New York state law trying to physically put him behind bars would throw us into a serious constitutional crisis.
He'd have to be impeached, resign, or lose reelection first. I doubt a republican house will impeach him unless there's riots in the whole country. If Democrats do take the house, there will be a formal impeachment going probably within 15 minutes of Speaker Pelosi sitting in her chair.
