I’ve already filled out an Odbusman’s assistance form and in total it has been 88 days. I’ve been reading forums trying to find a case similar to mine. Will I be approved soon? If so will be before the 105 day mark? If anybody can please help and provide insight will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry I know you don't want to hear this but there's no telling, hon. Their approvals are all over the place. You just need to sit tight and stay busy. It's not easy but it's the only option you have. You can call and place a service request if you haven't done so by asking to speak to a supervisor and providing a letter from your employer (if possible) but honestly don't know if it will expedite things. Mine took 4-5 mos. Good you submitted the Ombudsmen request. I hope you hear back with some good news soon!

I know this is really in retrospect, but why the heck did you wait so long though? I had the 150 days before expiration marked off on my calendar, had it on my phone, and I even got a letter from USCIS telling me to renew...

Let's show each other some compassion!
Stop berating the kid.. Should he have sent it in sooner? Yes, of course. I'm sure he's not proud of it. But life happens. Whats done is done. You don't know this individual's cirucmstances. Maybe he had a family emergency, death in family, etc. I had it circled as well and always sent mine in on time or earlier but very nearly had a panic attack right before I did.
All of us are in a difficult situation which only
we can understand. So let's go easy on each other, please.
