One possible way forward is for Ryan to tell them to GTFO while they vote to accept the Senate bill as is without reconciliation. Since Freedom Caucus won't vote for CR as a result, Dem's are guaranteed needed which means DA compromise would be included.

If Freedom Caucus gets their way on Tax bill reconciliation, on the revote - Murkowski, Collins and Flake will back out and Tax bill will be dead.

Republicans MUST have the Tax bill no matter what, so their only way forward might require DA. Really depends on whether Murkowski, Collins and Flake will accept Freedom Caucus poison pills.
