That is all that is needed to kill the bill. If Republicans in the House do not honor the deal on DACA for Sen Flak and the Alexander/Murray bill double the amount among other things Sen Collins wanted, added to Sen Corker, the tax bill will have only 49 votes at best.

And like that, House conservative say they have no plans to accept the compromises that Collins and Flake secured in exchange for their tax bill votes.
