Wrong. Representatives have an obligation to serve ALL residents within their district or state. There is no legal standing in any founding documents that state otherwise. This is why DACA recipients are able to ask their congressperson to inquire about their application. Being a citizen is not a prerequisite.

Neither am I. All I said was we need to make sure the representatives that don't vote for our interests (especially Dems) need to be primaried or voted out to send a message. Just because we can't vote doesn't mean we can't influence our communities.
