At a minimum they should mandate to prevent the deportation or removal of those who qualify for the DreamAct, NOT Daca, so that they can protect those who arrived as children, those who have TPS and those who aged out of Daca, even if the benefit portion (residency, citizenship) is negotiated in the meantime.
