I have maybe 7? 5 of which are abroad and I'm no contact with. So two for all intents and purposes. You want to be anal about it one of them has a sibling who has two adult sons so really 4 altogether. Then if you want to be anal about it it would be those two and their families (if any), but that point I think I'd be in my late 50s.
I could make more children in 30 years than that and I only need help of one person and neither of us has to be citizens.
The truth to the matter is that anyone that wants to bring a relative into US usually just hooks them up with a job, EB-3 isn't backlogged at all. They just maintain some kind of pro-forma priority date a few months back to account for schedule A occupations (where the PERM requirement is essentially waived and you could essentially file I-140 and I-485 out of the blue).
