Regarding chain migration, it will depend completely on how deep they want to dig into it. My guess is that the following will remain intact:
- Spouse of a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
- Unmarried child under the age of 21 of a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
But no body knows for sure, at this moment.
