I can't and won't speak for every aged out dreamer but I remember the feeling of joy and heart break I felt in 2012 when I barely missed the cut off by a few months. I was sad because I missed the opportunity DACA afforded but I was also happy for the people I knew who would benefit from it. My point is it doesn't have to be either or. You can feel both and rightfully so.
I will however say I think it is incredibly selfish and insensitive to hear younger dreamers say things like "get over it", "life's not fair" etc..... forgetting the fact that the dream act only came about because of an older dreamer. Hoping for the best for as many people as possible!
