nope, thats not what the SUCCEED act proposes.

the SUCCEED ACT strips u of your due process rights, if you make a misrepresentation on your application like messed up on an address, wrong document sent, sent the wrong amount of $$$ application fees, etc. its just not misdemeanors, DUIS, or felonies.

you cannot appeal the decision and you are put back to removal proceedings right away.

we are still given due process rights as DACA recps and cant be deported on the spot. w/ the SUCCEED ACT you lose all of those rights.
