it's not gonna go past this month, primaries are coming up.

its gonna happen in the next couple of weeks before the state of the union. my prediction of relief passing was misguided and was based of the democrats ability to hold the line. they didnt on 8th and 22nd so in essence it got extended to January.

but staying true to my original prediction, there will be relief for us this month. 3rd time is the charm.
