if u make one mistake like misrepresenting urself on ur application e.g wrong address, wrong $$$ amount of payment, wrong documents proving ur a childhoor arrival, etc. u give up ur appeals process and due process to the govt. u cant appeal the decision and u will be put in immediate removal proceedinngs.

its just not duis, misdeamenors or felonies. you waive your god given constitutional rights. we have more rights now as dacaers and illegals over the succeed act.
