Shoot, you're right about that! Maybe that's an issue to be tackled with CIR. I mean with the multitude of issues they want to cover with this dreamer fix, it would make more sense. Dreamers have nothing to do with DV. If you completely 86 chain migration, then you will still have to deal with the other 10 million undocumented people. I'm okay with concessions, but we just need to keep in mind that these other extraneous issues at heart.
