Improve conditions in Central America
Somewhat addressing the chain migration (As in, unlikely that the recipients will be able to sponsor their parents without having them leave the country for 10+ years)

BTW, as we get closer to Jan. 19, we'll get a lot of those "proposals" and "bills." Important to stay focused and not get distracted here.
