I don't disagree. Yet no law or guideline is ever perfect to contemplate every situation...That's the job of the executive branch/court. It's unfortunate that the TPS group is not getting as much advocacy and publicity (Probably as a result of smaller affected population). DACA alone remains up in the air...so it's not easy for sure. The logic/sentiment makes complete sense - just not sure how the rep will let that fit into the already stalemate negotiation. Should we demand everything including refugee programs? Not sure.
