It is indeed important in its entirety. I think it is really nice that Durbin is trying to negotiate to include the aged out dreamers, and not just the ones currently in the DACA program. Also, the fact that they are trying to allocate the GC's they were issuing in the DV lottery to the TPS folks is really thoughtful of these Senators. Hopefully this plan gathers support.
