So far Republicans are 2 Nay, with McCain out it will likely be 3 Nay, let’s hope Jeff Flake joins in and makes it 4 Nay. Even if all 12 Democrats vote Yay, that will leave them with 1 vote short but Mike Pence can put them over the top with his vote. Let’s hope more Democrats change their minds.
