Then you will have your adjustment here locally. There is no technical issue I can see they may bring up. Coming back as a minor is no issue concerning the immigration bars as they were never triggered.
It is really just the waiting game at this point. I would suggest applying for AP if your I-485 has been filed and possibly an EAD because both are free and you would have the ability to travel if need be.
