Applies to anyone that has ever had DACA minus those dropped from the program due to breaking eligibility requirements.

3. Reduce Dreamer-based Family Immigration Relief: Dreamers cannot sponsor or be the basis for immigration relief for their parents, siblings, and other family except for spouses and children.

4. Provide $9 Billion for Enhanced Border Security: Includes improvements for the wall, border patrol, and technology. Use it as they like.
