I have a approved i-130 but I can't file in my AOS because of my visa overstay.
I'm going to see a lawyer next week to start my i-601a process but I'm concerned since this administration is all about ending chain migrations and what not.
Do you guys think it's still worth it to go through with i601a process and try to AOS once it's approved?
