their official timeline is 90 days, up to 120 days. their instructions say if it's longer than that you can do a service request. my EAD was approved in 112 days from PD, but the card itself was shipped 4 months later (their error)

thansk! and that makes sense, depends when your daca ead expires, since the AOS ead takes about 3-4 months after your PD. i think as long as your aos application is pending, you have some sort of protection, but obviously it is better to have an unexpired ead. daca people still have protection until ead expires

you should do a service request, online and on the phone, thats beyond their 'normal processing time'.
this is where you do it online. i had to call a few times before i could get a meaningful answer, and ask for higher officer / tier 2
