They did. Someone said in another thread that the WH outline is a good starting point from the republican side and I agree. I think parents should be able to be sponsored and I think some of the interior enforcement policies should be dropped. Other than that is seems like a good deal.

I don’t see how democrats can get what they want after they gave up earlier this week. Even better, handsome bitch Paul Ryan has endorsed the framework so he’s willing to bring to a vote on the house.
