Truth of the matter is whether we like it or not, us MAVNI's should've all been officers from the get go. In my opinion the Army benefits aren't that special compared to being employed in a good company. Tuition reimbursements, phone, travel, and etc. sure BAH would be nice but it'll all equalize in the end with the low pay of the enlisted ranks.

Getting out from the army after years of service and into the private sector is also another story... Recruiters love to say ohhhhh you'll be a CEO of FEDEX if you join as a 92A lol, most of those recruiters have never set foot in a private company.

In the end, they love being on 'welfare'
