As an additional note . . . The US Government files "status reports" with the US District Court in the DC "Kirwa" and "Nio" lawsuits. If you quit the MAVNI program, you are listed in the spreadsheets that the Government has filed in those lawsuits. That's a permanent record. If you ever signed a military enlistment contract, even if you quit right away, the US Government always has a permanent record of your enlistment. And if you are a MAVNI, you also have a file at the US Office of Personnel Management, the Department of Defense Central Adjudications Facility (DOD CAF), and in lots of Government databases. DHS also has a list of all MAVNI applicants, since they approved your enlistment.
