She hasn’t left since she entered decades ago. She left briefly for a funeral but came back as EWI.

Apparently so. She sent me a photo of the letter and envelope. This is why I’m verifying it sounds right. According to her, the lawyer is now working on the 601A next. I mentioned to her not to leave until that is approved.

As you can imagine, I don’t want her to be locked out so I’m just cross checking everything. Attached is the envelope address from the NVC.
