Apparently so. She sent me a photo of the letter and envelope. This is why I’m verifying it sounds right. According to her, the lawyer is now working on the 601A next. I mentioned to her not to leave until that is approved.
As you can imagine, I don’t want her to be locked out so I’m just cross checking everything. Attached is the envelope address from the NVC.

I got one of those envelopes a few years ago but it was notifying me that I should proceed with my immigrant application via consular processing since I had an approved I-130. Check with a reputable immigration attorney.
