Court in theory could say that day that it’s taking up the case. A denial could happen on the 2/20 orders list.
i believe the 2/20 is not a ruling to strike down the 9th circuit injunction but a decision if they will take the case and expedite it. but based on their tweets, they say it will be denied and it will go on till Summer/Fall.
