Am I the only one who has younger siblings that are USC and can petition our parents? If we cannot petition them once we become USC (which wont be until 10 years later anyway) our younger siblings will be 21 by this time and they would be able to petition them right? That route is perhaps faster for them anyway since we have to wait 10 - 12 years anyway...
