These are my opinions, but three years from now it's going to be hard to have the same level of support and enthusiasm that we have right now, especially considering that the situation right now is caused by an unpopular president cancelling a program that has 80%+ approval.

Three years from now, we'll have the same situation as TPS, and you don't see as much support for TPS right now.

People would say, "Hey, you had three years to plan, and you're and adult. You knew you should have planned what to do after your status expires"
I don't think we'll lose that much support over the three years. Our situations are still very different from those with TPS. That's three more years of DREAMers in the work force, college, etc. As long as we keep up the activism the idea won't die. The fact we are growing older doesn't change that we were brought in as children. In fact as you get older it will be harder to assimilate in another country. Canada understands this - you start losing points for age after you are 30 years old in Express Entry.

Anyway I'm not so concerned about losing support. I'm more worried about the uncertainity and the individual decision of deciding if waiting another three years is worth it or if leaving to another country is the better option.
