I Hope you are right and this never comes to pass. Hopefully it's like the other leaked drafts in the beginning of Trump administration that never came to pass.
Who ever in the white house coming up with these new policies, they are really trying to screw with all immigrants, from all fronts. Smh, Lord help us.
