The 2010 act has nothing to do with this, it does not erase the fact you arrived as a child and are American except in paper. Worse yet, aged out Dreamers are American-except-in paper with
American children and spouses.
The age cap has to go. They even invited the wife of 39 yr old aged out Dreamer, Jose Garcia, to the state of the union.
