Bob Corker is that girl (or guy) you hit up and say, "let's hang out this weekend" and they "yeah, let's make it happen," but when the day comes, they won't answer a text or phone call.
The guy talks like he wants something done on immigration (every time, without fail), but when the issue comes up, he's all about the NOs.
