yes it is, good god, are you this ignorant? how many times do i have to tell you, even left wing sites admit it happens but try to word it so people just look at it in a dismissive way like you are right now.
a US citizen can sponsor their parent, and then when their parent becomes a US citizen, they can sponsor their brother/sister, the original USC's aunt.
then when that aunt becomes a USC they can sponsor their children, the origianl USC's cousin.
