That has been exactly my concern as well. USCIS has little incentive to meet the renewal deadlines if DACA becomes a dead cause. I suspect they won't but technically they can drop all renewals in process altogether if the court rules in favor of Trump.
That's why it is naive to think that we have leverage/time on our side. Congress needs to act and act fast. I wouldn't hang my hat on this injunction or two more years of DACA.
