I was brought in EWI when I was 3. We went back to Mexico when I was 8 for a Christmas trip and came back after a month—so that’s 2 illegal entries. From what I’m reading not even advanced parole could fix this  |
I would get another opinion from a reputable immigration attorney. I know of folks who are going through the process with similar situations and who cleared the double entry with AP.
