Using any of these for more than six months in the last two years (before applying for a different visa or a green card) would be considered a “heavily weighted” strike against the immigrant. Those making 6 figures won't be affected (or anyone making above the poverty line, which as a Dreamer –as the exemplary Americans in everything except paper we are sold to be – you shouldn't be at the poverty line or below unless you're a minor or student).
