The legislative branch is full of slackers, whiners, money-witches/wizards, and the most useless our fine nation has to offer.

Each legislative season is like the Olympics for the useless, and some states win gold more often than others.

Lastly, there are always some congressional groups whose sole purpose is to block any legislation, except for legislation to raise their own wages, because they need more money. I believe that the congressional wages should be put up to popular vote, along with anything else related to laws that only affect congress.
