Yea, Dems failed to pass DA in 2010, but they passed in the House. Who filibustered DA in the senate? Sessions and the GOP. If all Dems had voted for it, we'd have it, but it was the red state Dems (basically Republicans) who killed it.

Of course both parties deserve criticism. But one party cares for us. One wouldn't even think twice about deporting us all. You can't really compare the two.
