swim19, you probably would qualify with multiple degrees, score high on the IELTS, and have work experience in a certain field.
all you need is 400+ points. its just such a tedious process, i just decided to apply with a lawyer, the checklist is long. they pick people in a pool every 2 weeks.
but i guess youre right that its impossible for some DACA people, i read somewhere that only 5% of DACA recipients have degrees?
i scored most my points because of multiple degrees and work experience in management but im already 29 so i cant wait any longer beause if im over 30, i start to lose points.

I'm wasn't talking about myself. I personally qualify as long as I get high IETLS score - I'm taking it in a few months (though my age is starting to really effect my score as I'm closer to 35 than 30). My younger brother only has a bachelor degree and he does not qualify (he took IETLS, had his degree assessed, etc). He's under 400 points. So as I said, many DACA recipients will not qualify.
