Lots ofc people who arw not criminals havd final orders from Obama. I know plenty of them who went to court and fought, but lost their cases, including plenty of Daca and TPS recipients who only clearly haved protection precisely because they did not leave.

All those under order of supervision also have final orders wether w crimi nal issues or not.
