Should I worry that something may be wrong with my case? Or, do you think its an error in their systems? I have checked this same website on other devices because I thought it was a network error, but it displays the same message on every single device.

The same thing is happening with my case as of last week. From what I’ve read on other forums it’s most likely a system thing. Not necessarily something wrong with the case.
