Also,gentrification is great. Because it reduces the crime in the inner city and stops the massive and horrific death tolls. Even if the neighborhoods become gentrified, thats a plus for the minorities/natives because the decrease in crimes also comes with an increase in jobs and a raise in pay.

I wish we could gentrify more places. I'd happily hand people, whites, blacks,mexicans, jews, any color,money to gentrify cities like detroit and atlanta, anywhere that contains DUMP neighborhoods.

You want to keep minorities boxed away in the bad part of town, away from you. Lack of fresh food. Lack of easy access to jobs, transportation, healthcare. Also, if you expell all whites you end up with places like detroit, south africa, atlanta, chicago. Nice diverse, low white population cities. I don’t have time to educate you with a history lesson but look up white flight and urban blight for an idea of why cities sucked so much 50 years ago and then look at demographic changes that occurred in the last decade or two when gentrification became more wide spread.
