Congratulations on your I-130 approval.
Also, the officer could be taking the information on your parents not necessarily for an ICE referral, but it could also be due to the possibility that you may file for them.
Currently, I have not heard of the administration using such infomation through USCIS for the purpose of enforcement.
I would instead focus on finishing up your process...because it is you they are looking in the spotlight, not your parents.
